Explanation: wood dividers helps organizing cards, but eats up space (3 mm each, 2.4 cm total for 8 dividers in a large card holder), and usually there is also some leftover space lost between card and dividers.
Disclaimer: Above counts are collected using AH LCG cards, Swan premium sleeves (90 micron thick). The large card holder had 8 wood dividers, while the small card holder had 4. Naturally, counts may change depending on sleeve type, amount of dividers or thickness of the cards.

Assembly and usage instructions
Gluing is required. I recommend either wood glue, or PVAc glue (white, water based).

Usage instruction: the box is designed to bear the load vertically: both handle must be used when the box is moved, and it must retain its horizontal position. The locks on the top of the box must be closed, when it is moved. The bars on the front and the back should not be subjected lateral forces (most typically: using only one of the handles to lift the box). Such fracture is result of inappropriate use and makes the user ineligible for refund.
Material update
Due to war in Ukraine we had to switch from plywood to HDF. It is locally available material, looks slightly less shiny than the plywood on the pictures. On the flip side, this material is significantly cheaper, led to reduced price.
